About Wicca and Witchcraft
There are many misconceptions about Wicca and Witchcraft, mainly because there is a negative connotation between Witches and Satanism. There is a huge difference between the two, though many are narrow-minded and refuse to believe that there is indeed a difference. If you are a witch practicing witchcraft and don't practice the dark arts, you are aware of the vast difference between the two. It is this website's goal to educate the public about these differences.
For the uninitiated, there are also differences between Paganism, Witchcraft, Wicca and Druidism. They can't be lumped together any more easily than those practitioners of other religions, including Baptists, Mormons and Catholics. While there are some similarities, they are indeed separate religions. In the United States, the practice of Wicca is protected under First Amendment rights.
